SPAM – DREAMCITY, the Italian capital’s first Festival of Architecture sponsored by the Order of Architects of Rome and its Province, will be taking place from 10th to 18th October 2019.
This initiative is a nine-day themed event with workshops, lectures and debates on topics which regulate the urban, social and economic transformations of today’s greatest contemporary cities.
The 1st edition of this event will take place at Casa dell’Architettura in Rome and will involve many big names on the national and international architectural stage: industry experts of great calibre such as Mario Bellini, Daniel Libeskind, Luigi Prestinenza Puglisi, Manuel Aires Mateus and Rudy Ricciotti.
SPAM, which in Italian stands for the “Week of Architectural Projects in the World”, was conceived with the purpose of re-centering the spotlight on Rome as a reference for the development of an architectural way of thinking about and analysing Rome and its possible future.
Antonia Crosetta, Tubes’ Brand & Promotion Manager, has been invited as a guest to take part in the round table entitled “On the Edge of Design” which will take place on Wednesday 16th October (12:00-13:15) and will be moderated by Simona Finessi, Director of Platform.
